§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop 2Fast-Shop (2fast-shop.com).

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email.

§ 3 Prices and Payment

All prices are final prices in Euro (EUR). As a small business owner in accordance with § 19 UStG, no sales tax is charged or shown.

We accept the following payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, and other methods offered at checkout.

§ 4 Delivery

The delivery time is usually 7–15 working days after receipt of payment. We ship to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and other European countries. Shipping is free of charge.

§ 5 Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. You can find the full cancellation policy on our Returns & Withdrawal page.

§ 6 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects, you have the right to rectification, replacement delivery, reduction, or withdrawal from the contract.

§ 7 Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. Otherwise, our liability is excluded.

§ 9 Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 10 Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
